This double album re-release is a document of one of the earliest Latvian electronic punk acts Bedre. Inspired by New Wave, early EBM bands and DIY aesthetics, they recorded 5 albums in their rather short life span, blending minimal electronics with ironic lyrical content and stage presence.
„Indifference” and „RZ-1 Erekcija” were both recorded and compiled in 1989 at „Some Pussy Generator Studio" in Tehniskās jaunrades nams in Riga, where they were somehow given a rehearsal space. Later in 1990 both albums were released in a limited run of dual cassette box sets by T.U.M.S.A. Home Rec.
Bedre’s member Jānis Sils later moved to Chicago, U.S.A. and formed an EBM project U.S.O.C.A., while Jurģis Krāsons became an acknowledged film artist and animated film director.
