“Invalīdu tramvajs” is the first album of Latvian new wave and avant-garde formation Nebijušu sajūtu restaurācijas darbnīca aka N.S.R.D. In 1983, at the times of an ongoing social-political oppression from the Soviet system, non-conformist arts activist, pioneering DJ and experimental musician Hardijs Lediņš and his friend and long-time collaborator poet Juris Boiko were joined by Viesturs Slava of Dzeltenie Pastnieki to record tracks that would mark the start of Latvian underground synth music and the cult multi-disciplinary arts collective N.S.R.D
